Caring for the Vulnerable．Grow with Love

The year 2024 has ushered in new possibilities, as both the Summer Olympics and Paralympics will be held. The Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation’s annual “Good Day” charity walking event will also be held in 2024 under the theme of “Smile for the Olympics + Unleash the Power of Hearts.” Through this event, we will gather everyone’s walking mileage, and convert it into a source of strength to cheer for Taiwan’s athletes who will take part in the Olympics and Paralympics.

For the second consecutive year, M31 colleagues participated in the Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation’s “Good Day” charity walk event. What’s truly touching is that many M31ers not only participate themselves but also invite their family and friends to join and show their support.

We are also very honored to be an on-site volunteer team at the Hsinchu venue on the day of the event. At the event venue, we saw many adorable little M31er volunteers who acted as activity guides, together with the teachers from the Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation, assisting the attendees and families of people with disabilities to complete the challenges at each activity station. Through the event, our young volunteers were able to develop empathy, learn to put themselves in others’ shoes, and bravely take action when encountering people in need of help. Let’s continue to face every challenge and task with a positive attitude, just like the children at the Syin-Lu Foundation, earnestly striving to become better versions of ourselves.
