Description
Analog IC Design Engineer
1. Mixed-Signal & Analog Circuits Design (LDO, OPA, Bandgap, etc)
2. High Speed Interface Analog Design (TX, RX, etc)
3. Clocking related：PLL
4. Experience with MIPI TRx or SerDes USB interface is preferred.
Digital IC Design Engineer
1. RTL design & verification
2. Experience with digital design flow (Synthesis/LEC/DFT/ATPG/STA)
3. Familiar with complete Tape out flow
4. Customer support and debug
5. Experience with MIPI, USB, DDR(LPDDR) high-speed mixed-signal interface (PHY) is preferred.
Digital Verification Engineer
1. Develop/use VIP for USB, PCIE, MIPI, MPHY, MIPI DPHY to test and verify IP completeness.
2. Proficient in Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification tools.
3. Experience with USB, PCIE, MIPI design verification is preferred.
Memory Design Engineer
1. Be familiar with memory circuit design : full-custom, read/write operation scheme, sense-Amplifier analysis, RAM cell analysis, monte carlo simulation, read/write margin check.
2. Be familiar with tool : linux, spice, finesim, virtuoso, laker.
3. Experience with FinFET process or high sigma design will be better.
Standard cell Design Engineer
1. Circuit design and architecture optimization.
2. Cell library characterization and quality check.
3. Custom standard cell circuit design.
4. Evaluate new technology nodes for library development.
I/O Design Engineer
1. ESD/Latch-up protection design and verification.
2. I/O circuit design (Fail-safe, Tolerant, Cascade).
3. High-speed IO circuit design (DDR, ONFI, SDIO).
4. LDO/POR/VDT circuit design.
5. XTAL oscillator circuit design.
